A structured review of the available evidence, the controls described and the gaps that matter to the operation.
What we examine
Begin with the assets and activities the client needs to protect. Examine how people, vehicles and materials move through the facility, and where controls depend on a procedure, a person or another system.
Review evidence relating to perimeter entry, loading areas, critical spaces, temporary access, surveillance objectives and response ownership. Assess credible scenarios against the agreed risk criteria, including the consequences of control failure.
Keep three things distinct: what is documented, what has been observed and what still requires verification. A gap in evidence is recorded as a gap, not silently converted into a finding of compliance.

- Site and zoning drawings, with the current revision identified
- Access policies, role permissions and visitor or contractor procedures
- Approved photographs or walkthroughs and stakeholder interviews
- Relevant incident summaries, alarm information and control-test records
Scope boundary
A defined level of assurance.
A remote review cannot establish physical resistance, installed coverage, current hardware condition or actual response performance on its own. Where those matter, the report specifies the field verification needed. No intrusive testing is included.
Deliverables, review depth, information handling and any follow-up are confirmed in a written scope before work begins.
